Subject:   Children's TV

I am writing to encourage you to implement legislation that would
require network TV to increase the amount of quality educational
television programming during after school and early evening
hours.  I am a Registered
Nurse and high school health education teacher who is profoundly
concerned about the amount of mindless, violent TV which our
children grow up watching.
 Please do your best to provide them with some healthy,
stimulating alternatives.  Our children, our country, and our
world will be better for it.
