GE American Communications, Inc. File No. 74-SAT-MP/ML-98 GE American Communications, Inc. has filed an application for modification of its GE-5 satellite. GE Americom was authorized to construct, launch and operate the GE-5 satellite as a hybrid expansion satellite to be located at 79ø W.L. in GE American Communications, Inc., 11 FCC Rcd 15030 (1996). GE Americom is seeking authority to substitute two satellites, one of which is operational and the other is fully constructed, to be colocated at 79ø W.L. in place of the authorized hybrid satellite. Orbital Imaging Corporation File No. 83-SAT-P/LA-98(2) Orbital Imaging Corporation (Orbimage) has filed an application to launch and operate for a low earth orbit, high-resolution imagery satellite system consisting of two satellites, OrbView-3 and OrbView-4. Orbimage proposes to operate entirely within the available 375 MHz bandwidth in the 8025-8400 MHz frequency bands allocated to Earth Exploration Satellite Services. TT&C communications are in the UHF, S-band and X-band portions of the spectrum. A 470 sun-synchronous orbit inclined at 97 degrees, crossing equator North to South in late morning will be used by the OrbView-3 satellite. The OrbView-4 satellite will have a similar orbit. Operations are proposed on a non-common carrier basis. Motorola, Inc. File No. 84-SAT-MISC-98 MSS Earth Station Complex Location Notification  101.103(h)(2) Motorola, Inc. has filed a letter modifying a previously-filed joint notification by Motorola and TRW Inc. filed pursuant to  101.103(h)(2) of the Commission's rules. This letter also seeks a waiver of Section 25.257 of the rules for consideration by the International Bureau. For administrative purposes, File No. 84-SAT-MISC-98 has been assigned to these letters.
