The study, initiated by a request from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and the National Security Agency, contains findings concerning the trustworthiness of the internet, the public telephone network, and the software that is used in networked information systems. At 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 27, three of the study's authors will present and discuss the study's findings in the Commission's meeting room, Room TW-C305, 445 12th Street, S.W., Washington, D.C.
