	THE OFFICE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY POSTPONES TUTORIAL ON "OPTICAL TRANSMISSION IN THE NETWORK" FROM FEBRUARY 16TH
	The Office of Engineering and Technology must postpone the tutorial on "Optical Transmission in the Network" from the scheduled date of February 16th due to a conflict in using the Commission Meeting Room at 445 12th Street, SW, The Portals. The tutorial, to be given by personnel from Corning Incorporated, will be rescheduled at the earliest possible date. OET regrets any inconvenience this change in time may cause interested parties.
