In the Matter of Booth, Freret, Imlay & Tepper, P.C., Request for
A Notice of Violation and/or Rescission of Experimental License for Veltek Industries, Inc.
                         (Restricted Proceeding)



On January 14, 1998, Booth, Freret, Imlay & Tepper, P.C. filed a request pursuant to
Section 1.41 of the Rules for Commission action necessary and appropriate to terminate
alleged unauthorized commercial broadcast activity conducted by Veltek Industries Inc.
(Veltek) under its experimental radio station authorization.  

Veltek holds an FCC authorization to operate an experimental radio station (Call Sign
WA2XNY, File Number 5824-EX-PL-97).  

Inasmuch as this is an adjudicative licensing proceeding, it is restricted under the
Commission's ex parte rules.  See 47 C.F.R.  1.1202(d), 1.1208(c).  Persons who desire
to
present material or comments with the Commission concerning this proceeding are advised to
follow the procedures set forth in the Commission's ex parte rules for restricted proceedings.
