The Forum will be held in the FCC's Commission Meeting Room, TW-C305, 445 12th Street, SW, Washington, D.C. The Forum will provide an opportunity for Hispanic consumers to participate in panel discussions and presentations by industry representatives, Hispanic leaders and FCC staff on various issues affecting the Hispanic community, including international billing rates/customer service, low power FM radio, and the digital divide [broadband/internet and other services].
