By Order adopted May 11, 1992, and released May 19, 1992, the Chief, Compliance and Information Bureau (formerly Field Operations Bureau) delegated authority to the Chief, Compliance Division (formerly Enforcement Division), Compliance and Information Bureau, to impose forfeitures in amounts up to and including $20,000. See 47 C.F.R.  0.311(d)(1). The Chief, Compliance Division is responsible for developing and carrying out the agency's compliance plan and administering all activities necessary to do so. In this connection, the Director, Legal Services Group, Compliance Division oversees the Bureau's forfeiture proceedings. 2. The purpose of this Order is to specify that the Director, Legal Services Group, Compliance Division, has authority to issue Forfeiture orders in response to replies to Notices of Apparent Liability filed pursuant to Section 1.80(f)(4) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.80(f)(4). 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Director, Legal Services Group, Compliance Division, Compliance and Information Bureau, IS DELEGATED authority to issue Forfeiture orders in response to replies to Notices of Apparent Liability filed pursuant to Section 1.80(f)(4) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.80(f)(4).
