(US West), along with the Toledo Telephone Company (Toledo) and Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (Washington), filed a petition requesting modification of local access transport area (LATA) boundaries to provide two-way, non-optional, flat-rated expanded local calling service (ELCS) between the Washington State US West exchanges of Chehalis, Centralia, and Winlock, and Toledo's Toledo, Orgeon exchange. Interested parties may file comments concerning this matter on or before May 24, 1999 and reply comments on or before June 1, 1999.
