Washington, D.C. 20554 DA 98-2497 Released: December 4, 1998 COMMON CARRIER BUREAU ANNOUNCES THE LOCATION OF THE DECEMBER 11, 1998 WORKSHOP ON INPUT VALUES TO BE USED TO ESTIMATE FORWARD- LOOKING ECONOMIC COSTS FOR PURPOSES OF UNIVERSAL SERVICE SUPPORT CC Docket Nos. 96-45, 97-160 In a Public Notice released on November 25, 1998, the Common Carrier Bureau (Bureau) announced three workshops designed to elicit further comment in selecting the input values to be used in the forward-looking cost model. The Bureau noted that the location of the December 11, 1998 workshop would be determined at a later date. We now announce that the December 11, 1998 workshop will be held at the Commission Training Room, 2000 M St., Rooms 110 A, B, and C, Washington, DC. As indicated in the Public Notice, the December 11, 1998 workshop will be held between 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and will address issues relating to Material Costs (copper and fiber cable, digital loop carriers, serving area interfaces).
