On August 6, 1998, the Commission also adopted a Memorandum Opinion and Order and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in response to six petitions for relief filed by various parties. The Commission established a pleading cycle for the NPRM requiring parties to file comments by September 21, 1998, and reply comments by October 13, 1998. Because of the proximity of these dates to certain holidays, the Bureau has revised the pleading cycle as follows: NOI (CC Docket No. 98-146): Interested parties may file comments on or before September 14, 1998, and reply comments on or before October 8, 1998. NPRM (CC Docket No. 98-147): Interested parties may file comments on or before September 25, 1998, and reply comments on or before October 16, 1998.
