	COMMON CARRIER BUREAU ANNOUNCES ELECTRONIC OPTION FOR FILING COMMENTS AND REPLY COMMENTS IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS RELAY SERVICES (TRS) PROCEEDING CC DOCKET NO. 98-67
	The Common Carrier Bureau, announces that, for purposes of the above-referenced proceeding, those provisions of the FCC's rules that require formal comments and reply comments to be filed on paper are hereby waived. Parties are encouraged to file comments and reply comments electronically. Electronically filed comments and reply comments that conform to the guidelines set out below will be considered part of the record in this proceeding and accorded the same treatment as comments and reply comments filed on paper pursuant to the Commission's rules.
