ITTA is filing this petition for forbearance in accordance with Section 10 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended. Interested parties may file comments on the petition on or before May 4, 1998, and reply comments on or before May 18, 1998, with the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, 1919 M Street, N.W., Room 222, Washington, D.C. 20554.
