The Federal Communications Commission will hold an En Banc on Friday, March 6,
1998, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., in Room 856 at 1919 M. Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
The En Banc is in connection with the Report to Congress on Universal Service required by

At the En Banc, the Commission will hear from panels of experts addressing issues regarding the percentage of universal service support provided by Federal mechanisms and the revenue base from which such support is derived. The En Banc is open to the public, and seating will be available on a first come, first served basis. A transcript of the En Banc will be available 10 days after the event on the FCC's Internet site.
