Washington, D.C. 20554 DA 98-308 Released February 18, 1998 NETWORK SERVICES DIVISION APPROVES INCORPORATION DOCUMENTS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR NORTH AMERICAN NUMBERING PLAN ADMINISTRATOR'S BILLING AND COLLECTIONS AGENT CC DOCKET NO. 92-237 Pursuant to the Third Report and Order released by the Commission on October 9, 1997, in Administration of the North American Numbering Plan, and Toll Free Service Access Codes, CC Docket Nos. 92-237 and 95-155, the Commission directed the National Exchange Carrier Association, Inc. (NECA) to establish the North American Numbering Plan Administrator (NANPA) billing and collections agent. The October 9th Order further directed NECA to submit to the Commission for approval proposed articles of incorporation, bylaws, and any other documents necessary to incorporate the NANPA billing and collections agent. Upon review of the documents which NECA submitted to the Commission, the Bureau has determined that the proposed incorporation documents comply with the requirements set forth in the Commission's October 9th Order, and that NECA should file the relevant incorporation documents with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on behalf of NECA as soon as possible.
