(NECA) filed a Petition for Waiver seeking a waiver of obligations imposed by the Commission's Order of October 9, 1997, that it convene quarterly meetings of the Billing and Collections Agent in Washington, D.C. Administration of the North American Numbering Plan and Toll Free Service Access Codes, Third Report and Order and Third Report and Order, CC Docket Nos. 92-237 and 95-155, FCC 97-372 (rel. Oct. 9, 1997), at paras. 84-86. NECA proposes to have one quarterly meeting per year in Washington, D.C., and hold the other three meetings as conference calls open to the public. NECA states that it is seeking the waiver to reduce administrative expenses and to allow accessibility and convenience to interested parties, specifically those located outside of Washington, D.C. Interested parties may file comments on the petition by February 20, 1998, and reply comments by February 27, 1998, with the Secretary, FCC, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554.
