Puerto Rico states that its revisions reflect, among other things, a corporate restructuring that will establish a separate affiliate for in-region broadband commercial mobile radio services as required by the Commission. (Report and Order, WT Docket No. 96-162, released October 3, 1997) On January 28, 1998, COMSAT Mobile Communications (COMSAT) filed revisions to its Cost Allocation Manual (CAM). Among other things, COMSAT's revisions include additional descriptions of its cost apportionment methods and the addition of a nonregulated activity, C-Band service. Parties may file comments on the CAMs no later than March 4, 1998. Replies should be filed by March 18, 1998. Comments should reference AAD 98-29 for COMSAT and AAD 98-30 for Puerto Rico.
