This matter comes before the Commission on the Joint Motion of Public Services Enterprises of Pennsylvania, Inc. ("PSE") and AT&T Corp. ("AT&T") to Dismiss the Complaints With Prejudice ("Joint Motion"). 2. The Common Carrier Bureau has reviewed the Joint Motion and has found good cause to grant the Joint Motion because it will serve the public interest by promoting the private resolution of disputes and conserving the Commission's scarce resources. 3.
