Pursuant to Section 410(c) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, the Commission appoints the Honorable William E. Kennard, Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, and the Honorable Michael K. Powell, Commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission, to serve on the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations, CC Docket No. 80-286. These appointmens fill the positions recently vacated by the Honorable Reed E. Hundt, former Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, and the Honorable Rachelle B. Chong, former Commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission. The Commission gratefully acknowledges the contributions of Reed E. Hundt and Rachelle B.
