K exceeding the page  R$- xlimitation set forth the Commission's rules.$#  X$- ` x` ` Section 1.429(f) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.429(f), imposes a 25page limitation on an opposition to a petition for reconsideration. The Commission received 27 petitions for  R -reconsideration of the CPNI Second Report and Order. MCI proposes to file a single  xconsolidated opposition to the other parties' petitions and requests that the Commission  xpermit MCI to exceed the page limit for that consolidated opposition.
