On March 17, 1998, the State of Minnesota filed a motion seeking an extension of time to file reply comments regarding the above-captioned petition for declaratory ruling. The State of Minnesota states that the number of comments submitted are voluminous and that it needs additional time to respond to various allegations made by the many opponents of the petition. 2. It is the policy of the Commission that extensions of time are not routinely granted. In this instance, however, no party objects to a three-week extension of the deadline for filing reply comments regarding the State of Minnesota petition. Under these circumstances, we will grant all parties a three-week extension of the deadline for filing reply comments regarding the petition. Reply comments will be due three weeks from the release date of this Order. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the motion for extension of time filed by the State of Minnesota IS GRANTED and the deadline for filing reply comments in this proceeding IS EXTENDED until April 9, 1998.
