Rib Lake Telephone Company, part of Rhinelander Telecommunications, Inc., was
an operating company independent of Citizens Utility Company. Its revenues were
below threshold, and it was not required to file ARMIS reports.
1998
In November 1998, Citizens acquired, in its entirety, Rhinelander
Telecommunications, Inc., including Rib Lake Telephone Company with one study
area jurisdiction: Wisconsin.

Rib Lake Telephone Company had no changes during this period. The company's
initial ARMIS filing (the ARMIS Service Quality 43-05 Report), made on April 3,
2000, was for this reporting year's data.
2000
Rib Lake Telephone Company was discontinued and the study area was transferred
to Rhinelander Telephone Company (CTWI).
