2000



Citizens Telecommunications Company of North Dakota was created when Citizens purchased a number of exchanges from Qwest Corporation on 10/31/2000 in North Dakota. The exchanges that were purchased from Qwest Corporation created a new operating company/study areas (CTND). Note: Reporting year 2002 will be the first year that data will be filed for Citizens Telecommunications Company of North Dakota.

Citizens Telecommunications Company of North Dakota had no changes during this period.

2002



On 10/31/2002 Citizens Communications sold to three different companies approximately 4000 telephone access lines of Citizens Telecommunications Company of North Dakota which included a number of exchanges. The three companies were Dickey Rural Access, Inc., Red River Telecom, Inc., and Polar Telecommunications, Inc.

2003



On 4/01/2003 Citizens Communications sold the remaining telephone access lines (approximately 11,000) of Citizens Telecommunications Company of North Dakota, which consisted of a number of exchanges. These exchanges were sold to Reservation Telephone Cooperative and Missouri Valley Communications, Inc.
