Citizens Telecommunications Company of Minnesota was created when Citizens
purchased two Minnesota study areas from Verizon Communications on 8/31/2000.
The two study areas from Verizon became CTC of Minnesota South (CTSO) and CTC
of Minnesota Lakes (CTLK). Note: Reporting year 2002 will be the first
year that data will be filed for Citizens Telecommunications Company of Minnesota.
