Female/Minority Broadcast Ownership Data Pursuant to the Commission’s rules at 47 C.F.R. 3615, commercial and noncommercial educational AM, FM and television broadcast station licensees are required to file, at two year intervals, FCC Form 323 or FCC Form 323-E (Ownership Report). Licensees that are sole proprietorships and partnerships composed entirely of natural persons are exempted from this biennial filing. |
