Re:	CS Docket No. 99-251, In the Matter of Applications for Consent to the Transfer of Control of Licenses-MediaOne Group, Inc., Transferor, To AT&T Corp., Transferee

Dear Counsel:

	AT&T Corp. and MediaOne Group, Inc. request that GTE produce workpapers and other supporting data for two econometric analyses reported in the November 1 ex parte declaration of Jerry A. Hausman and J. Gregory Sidak.  The first analysis is the "Benchmark Regression of Broadband Access Prices on Narrowband Access Prices" (reported on page 21, Table 1, of the declaration).  The second is the "event study" (reported on pages 55-56, Tables 2 and 3).  For each analysis, we ask for the following information: 

1.	The complete specification of each regression equation that was estimated.

2.	The name and version of each software program used to calculate the regression estimates.

3.	The complete text of the commands and any coding used to perform the estimation.

4.	A complete print-out of the regression calculations, including coefficient estimates, standard errors and t-values, goodness-of-fit statistics, the variance/covariance matrix of the estimates, computed residuals, and any other summary and diagnostic statistics that were computed.

5.	The specifications, commands and coding, and complete print-outs (as above) of all alternative equations and specifications that were estimated but were not reported in the final results.

6.	A copy (in electronic form) of all input data used in the analyses performed (whether those analyses were reported in the declaration or not).

7.	If the data used in any such analysis were transformed or altered in any way, please also produce:

a.	A complete statement (with formulae) of each transformation, and 

b.	Copies of the data (in electronic form), before and after transformation.

8.	A complete identification of the source(s) of all data used by Dr. Hausman and Mr. Sidak in their analyses, whether reported or unreported in their declaration.

	We request that this material be produced by the close of business on Wednesday, November 17, 1999.
