TDF is an early stage Venture Capital fund focused on the communications sector, with $90M under management. Its focus is driven by investment themes that share several qualities: large and important problems in Communications, an ability to add value through our investing and operational experience, and our location and relationships in Washington, DC. While we are stage agnostic, half of our investments to date were in seed/pre-revenue companies. Fund 1 ($25M) is closed. We are currently investing out of Fund II ($65M).
