Information Society Dialogue and those of the Inter-American Telecommunication Commission (CITEL) and the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC); and, 2) assists the Division’s multilateral specialists in various other international telecommunications fora such those sponsored by  the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), and Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
