L- 2.xLEGISLATIVE BASE (LEGAL BASIS) OF CERTIFICATION  N-x At present, a certification system is being developed in the Republic of Tajikistan. xThe State Communications Inspectorate (GIS) in the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the Republic of Tajikistan is designated to be responsible for certification.
