        FY 1999 REGULATORY FEES FOR TELEVISION STATIONS IN
          PUERTO RICO, GUAM, AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS



For purposes of FY 1999 regulatory fees due between September 13 and September 22, 1999,
television stations (VHF/UHF) in Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are considered to
be in the "Remaining Markets" fee category.  The fee amounts and payment codes are as follows:
