I think that the sale of frequencies is wrong.. I do not see anything wrong about leasing with the right of revokation for improper use of the frequencies. after all, why should we sell off a resourse which may deminish our children's future development? the money recieved will not last to benefit them. I do not see this money as providing for our children's future. I also do reghard this as anything that should be connected to canidates elections. after all. do we want to collect a fee for canidates election from each of our national park users?? oops maybe I should not have mentioned that or you may put that into effect.. one of the best ways to serve the community is to have adequate field engineers to monitor and enforce the commincations industry. of course you are aware that the exact oposite is happening and that is an offense to the public welfare. thanks for the opportunity to express my views and I would be happy to discuss any questions you may have. good luck and best wishes de sunny long beach & w6upn Joe ------------------------------------------------------------ Server protocol: HTTP/1.0 Remote host: lbx-ca8-04.ix.netcom.com Remote IP address: 204.31.251.68
