Complaints

Complaints of cable signal leakage that involve the immediate threat to safety of life, such as interference to Federal Aviation Administration air traffic control frequencies should be referred to the Communications and Crisis Management Center (CCMC) at (202) 418-1122 (24/7).

Complaints of cable signal leakage that do not involve immediate safety of life should be in writing and sent to the Federal Communications Commission, Enforcement Bureau, Spectrum Enforcement Division, 445 12th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20554.

Complaints should include as much of the following information as possible: the name, address and contact information of the person filing the complaint, the frequency on which the interference is being received, a detailed description of the nature of the interference, including the duration and frequency of the occurrence of interference, and any documentation supporting the alleged existence and cause of the interference.
