ENFORCEMENT BUREAU ANNOUNCES NEW ATTORNEYS TO SUPPORT COMPETITION
Washington, DC -- The FCC Enforcement Bureau announced today that
it has hired five new attorneys with significant litigation experience
to support the Bureau's competition enforcement efforts.
FCC Chairman Michael K. Powell said: "This enhancement of the
Enforcement Bureau's legal staff with experienced and talented
litigators will enable us to do a more effective job in implementing
our strong commitment to swift and strong enforcement of the

Market Disputes Resolution Division
- Rosemary H. McEnery. Staff Attorney. A partner at Howrey Simon
Arnold & White (1991-2001) and an associate at the same firm
- Lisa J. Saks. Staff Attorney. A partner at Howrey Simon Arnold &
White (1993-2001) and an associate at the same firm (1984-1992).
Investigations and Hearings Division
- Maureen F. Del Duca. Deputy Division Chief. A partner at Jenner &
Block (1997-2001) and an associate at the same firm (1991-1997).
- David M. Janas. Staff Attorney. Formerly an associate at Mintz,
Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo. (1999-2001) and at Dickstein
