Washington, D.C. - Today, the Federal Communications Commission entered into a Consent Decree with AT&T Corporation that resolves issues regarding the Commission's company-specific Do-Not-Call requirements and related matters. Action by the Commission on July 8, 2004, by Consent Decree (FCC 04-169). Chairman Powell, Commissioners Abernathy, Copps, Martin, and Adelstein.
