   Released: July 10, 2012

By the Acting District Director, Philadelphia Office, Northeast Region,

    1. This is a Notice of Violation (Notice) issued pursuant to Section 1.89
of the Commission's rules (Rules) to the Willow Grove Yellow Cab Co
Inc. dba Buxmont Transportation Services Co (Buxmont), the licensee of
Private Land Mobile Station KGC375 in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.

    2. On May 17, 2012, in response to an interference complaint, an agent of
the Enforcement Bureau's Philadelphia Office monitored Station KGC375
located in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania and observed the following
       violation:

authorization granted by the Commission under the provisions of this part,
except as specified in paragraph (b) of this section." At the time of the
inspection, the license for Station KGC375 authorized Buxmont to operate a

   40o 08' 44.4" North Latitude 075o 02' 07.6" West Longitude in Willow

operating at an unauthorized location near the coordinates 40o 09' 00.7"
North Latitude 075o 07' 17.9" West Longitude in Willow Grove,
   Pennsylvania.

    3. Pursuant to Section 308(b) of the Communications Act of 1934, as
amended, and Section 1.89 of the Rules, Buxmont must submit a written
statement concerning this matter within twenty (20) days of release of
this Notice. The response must fully explain each violation, must
contain a statement of the specific action(s) taken to correct each
violation and preclude recurrence, and should include a time line for
completion of pending corrective action(s). The response must be
complete in itself and signed by a principal or officer of Buxmont.
