                                                           December 20, 2011

By the District Director, San Francisco Office, Enforcement Bureau:

    1. This is a Notice of Violation ("Notice") issued pursuant to Section

("Wilks"), licensee of radio station KWFP, Sparks, Nevada, operating
on 92.1 MHz, and KURK, Reno, Nevada, operating on 92.9 MHz.

    2. On November 29, 2011, agents of the Commission's San Francisco Office
investigated radio stations KWFP and KURK transmitting from Reno,
Nevada, and observed the following violation:

47 C.F.R. S:73.317(a): "FM broadcast stations employing transmitters
authorized after January 1, 1960, must maintain the bandwidth occupied by
their emissions in accordance with the specification detailed below. FM
broadcast stations employing transmitters installed or type accepted
before January 1, 1960, must achieve the highest degree of compliance with
these specifications practicable with their existing equipment. In either
case, should harmful interference to other authorized stations occur, the
licensee shall correct the problem promptly or cease operation." The 9th
harmonic of KWFP (828.9 MHz) and the 9th harmonic of KURK (836.1 MHz) were
emanating from the FM tower of KWFP and KURK, causing interference to the
AT&T Mobility transmitter located approximately 150 feet away.

    3. Pursuant to Section 308(b) of the Communications Act of 1934, as
amended, and Section 1.89 of the Commission's Rules, Wilks must submit

of this Notice. The response must fully explain each violation, must
contain a statement of the specific action(s) taken to correct each
violation and preclude recurrence, and should include a time line for
completion of pending corrective action(s). The response must be
complete in itself and signed by a principal or officer of the
licensee. All replies and documentation sent in response to this
