   Released: September 24, 2007

By the Resident Agent, Buffalo Office, Northeast Region, Enforcement

    1. This is a Notice of Violation ("Notice") issued pursuant to Section
1.89 of the Commission's Rules to Kenilworth Electronics Co., the
licensee of Land Mobile Radio Service Station KGO563, in Buffalo, New
       York.

    2. On July 2, 2007, an agent of the Commission's Buffalo conducted an
investigation involving harmful interference to the Town of Tonawanda
fire frequency on 465.975 MHz. and observed the following violation:

47 C.F.R. S: 1.903(a): "Stations in the Wireless Radio Services must be

action(s). The response must be complete in itself and signed by a
principal or officer of the licensee. All replies and documentation
sent in response to this Notice should be marked with the File No. and
