1.89 of the Commission's Rules, to CBS Radio East Inc. , licensee of
radio station WCBS-FM, New York, NY.

    2. On February 16 and 22, 2006, an agent of the Commission's New York
Office inspected radio station WCBS-FM, and observed the following

   47 C.F.R. S 73.1350(c)(2): "Monitoring equipment must be periodically

   months showed similar incorrect readings.
