Ms. DeNigro previously served as Deputy Chief and Assistant Chief of the Investigations and Hearings Division (IHD) and was also an attorney advisor in that division. Before joining the Commission in 2001, Ms. DeNigro practiced commercial litigation in the D.C. offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP and was engaged in commercial litigation and energy regulatory hearings for Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld. Ms. DeNigro received a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
