Dear Mr. Czyzewski:
On September 14, 2007, we wrote you concerning a complaint received by the
Commission about the operation of your Amateur station. The complaint
alleged interference on the Six Meter Amateur band on June 19, 2007.
You responded on September 24, 2007, and fully explained the operation on
the date cited in the complaint. We accept your response and find that no
enforcement action is appropriate.
