Dear Mr. Bristol:
Information before the Commission indicates that you have been operating
radio transmitting equipment on Amateur radio frequencies without a
license. Our records show that your license for K1ACD expired on July 5,
2005.
Please be advised that operation without a license is a violation of
Section 301 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. S
301, and carries criminal penalties including monetary forfeiture (fine)
and prison. Monetary forfeitures normally range from $7,500 to $10,000.
