 Dear  Sir  or  Madam:  I  am  writing  today  in  behalf  of  myself  and  the  VIP’s  of  Attleboro, 
 A  support  group  representing  over  two  hundred  and  fifty  (250)  blind  or  legally  Blind  people  living  in  this  city. 
 We  use  and  support  the  making  of  descriptive  video.  Our  local  library  has  over  (100  )  one  hundred  films  in  stock  and  purchases  an  additional  IO-  20  each 
 year.  We  are  told  that  they  are  very  popular  and  are  steadily  in  demand  by  the  sighted  and  the  blind.  The  sighted  has  expressed  that  they  enjoy  the 
 film  more  by  listening  to  the  descriptions  while  watching  the  movie.  They  claim  they  follow  the  film  more  in  detail  and  bringing  more  enjoyment  to  their  viewing. 
 We  have  also  arranged  for  BLOCKBUSTER  VIDEO.  to  carry  the  videos.  We  support  the  proposed  descriptive  video  rules  under  MM  docket  number
