 This  letter  is  to  certify  my  support  for  descriptive  video  for  blind  persons  in  the 
 United  States  as  outlined  on  MM  Docket  No.  99-  339. 


 Each  morning  the  Bloomberg  Stock  Report  has  two  sections  where  they  highlight 
 the  outstanding  stocks  of  the  previous  day  with  music.  It  would  be  so  nice  and  informative 
 to  have  these  stocks  announced  while  the  video  is  playing. 


 As  a  blind  person  and  senior  rehabilitation  counselor  who  serves  other  blind  and 
 visually  impaired  persons,  I  strongly  support  the  FCC’s  action  to  make  descriptive  video 
 available  to  the  blind  of  this  country.
