Chairman's AAA Nomination Form

    Rules Summary: The Chairman’s Awards for Advancement in Accessibility are accepted from anyone in the world. Contacts and Nominees should be at least the age of sixteen (16) by the date of application. Anyone can nominate themselves or another person/organization for an innovation that occurred between July 19, 2010 and May 1, 2011. The innovation does not have to be market-ready for submission. The innovation could be, to name a few, apps, software, accessibility features, assistive technology, processes or programs that produce more accessible technology, media that may result in more accessible technology, technology transfer that produces more accessible technology, etc. Individuals may not be nominated for a lifetime’s work.
