COMMISSIONER MARTIN'S STATEMENT ON COMMISSIONER
TRISTANI'S DEPARTURE ANNOUNCEMENT

"Commissioner Tristani will be greatly missed at the Commission.  I have had the privilege of 
working with her for a number of years - both when I was a staffer and a fellow Commissioner.  
Throughout her career here, she has been an asset to the Commission and the Nation, bringing to 
bear a keen intellect, tremendous enthusiasm, and dedication to public service.  She has made 
great strides for all Americans, particularly consumers and traditionally underserved groups.  
Commissioner Tristani has had a distinguished career here, and I am confident that she will go 
on to do many other great things."
