On October 31, 1994, Metacomm Cellular Partners (Metacomm) and USCOC of Idaho RSA #5,
Inc. (USCOC) filed mutually exclusive Phase 1 applications for Market 393A. On May 28, 1996,
a request was made by and through counsel of Metacomm to dismiss without prejudice its
application for Block A of the Idaho 6 - Clark RSA.  Accordingly, pursuant to Sections
22.128(a)(2) and Section 22.129 of the Commission's Rules, the application is dismissed without
prejudice August 21, 1996.  As a result of this dismissal, USCOC will be the sole applicant for
Market 393A  (See Public Notice Report No. CL-96-64 released  August 21, 1996).

The above application will be available for public inspection in Room 5608, 2025 M Street, 
Washington, D.C., during the normal cellular reference room hours.  Copies of this document
