ADDITIONAL QUALIFIED BIDDER 
            FOR DECEMBER 18, 1995 BROADBAND PCS C BLOCK AUCTION


       This Public Notice makes a minor correction to the Public Notice released December
8, 1995 identifying the applicants who were found qualified to bid in the auction for 493
Basic Trading Area ( BTA ) licenses to provide Broadband Personal Communications
Services ( PCS ) in the 1895-1910 MHz and the 1975-1990 MHz bands (the "C block"),
scheduled to begin December 18, 1995.  Specifically, the applicant South Central Utah
Telephone Association, FCC Account Number 0870224302, was inadvertently omitted from
the list of qualified bidders.  This applicant filed a timely short-form application (FCC Form
175) that was accepted for filing.  This applicant also made a timely deposit of an upfront
payment in the amount of $ 37,468.35, creating a maximum eligibility of 2,497,890 activity
units and qualifying it to participate in the C block auction.   South Central Utah Telephone
Association listed the following BTA license on which it may bid:  B392-C.
