WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU APPROVES REQUEST TO WITHDRAW
PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION FILED BY DUBOIS TELEPHONE EXCHANGE, INC.
On August 19, 1998, Dubois Telephone Exchange, Inc. (DTE) filed a Petition for Reconsideration of the
Wireless Telecommunications Bureau's July 22, 1998 Notice of Application Dismissal (Report No. 24) due
to payment of an insufficient filing fee for Paging and Radiotelephone Service call sign KSW211, File No.
0000000712.  On June 20, 2001, DTE filed a Request to Withdraw the Petition for Reconsideration.  We find
that the withdrawal of DTE's Petition for Reconsideration is in the public interest and hereby approve DTE's
request.
