("PrimeCo"), and Virginia RSA 6 Cellular Limited Partnership ("VA 6 LP") filed applications seeking Commission approval to exchange certain cellular, microwave, and PCS licenses, under Section 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 310(d). Specifically, VA 6 LP will acquire Richmond LLC, licensee of PCS call sign WPQL333, which encompasses 20 MHz of PCS block B spectrum in the Richmond MTA, and certain Point to Point Microwave call signs.
