              WIRELESS  TELECOMMUNICATIONS  BUREAU
                   APPROVES  WITHDRAWAL  OF 
         PETITION  FOR  RECONSIDERATION  AND  RECISSION


On May 17, 1995, Capitol Radiotelephone Company, Inc. (Capitol) filed a Petition for
Reconsideration and Recission (Petition) of the Commission's April 18, 1995, renewal of Ram
Technologies, Inc.'s private carrier paging license, call sign WNJN621.

On February 8, 2000, Capitol filed a letter with the Commission stating that it no longer intends
to protest the renewal and that it does not oppose dismissal of the Petition. Letter from Kenneth
E. Hardman, counsel to Capitol, to Richard J. Arsenault, FCC  (Feb. 8, 2000) (Capitol Letter).

The Policy and Rules Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division has reviewed the Capitol
Letter and hereby dismisses, with prejudice, Capitol's Petition for Reconsideration and
Recission, filed on May 17, 1995, File No. 9502R48248.

Telecommunications Bureau.
