(Capitol) filed a Petition for Reconsideration and Recission (Petition) of the Commission's April 18, 1995, renewal of Ram Technologies, Inc.'s private carrier paging license, call sign WNJN621. On February 8, 2000, Capitol filed a letter with the Commission stating that it no longer intends to protest the renewal and that it does not oppose dismissal of the Petition. Letter from Kenneth E.
