     Information Relating to Status of Application and Other Critical Elements

This Public Notice reiterates critical dates associated with Auction 25, clarifies payment information
and provides information regarding the status of an applicant who was previously listed as "Accepted"
but should have been listed as "Incomplete".

FCC Form 159 Clarification:  The FCC Form 159 dated July 1997 is the version currently being
accepted by the FCC for payment.  In an earlier Public Notice, a later dated version was erroneously
indicated.  The FCC Form 159 can be printed from the electronic software or the pre-printed paper
form may be used.  The Form must be faxed to Mellon bank before the wire transfer of upfront
payments occurs. 

Upfront Payment Deadline:   Upfront payments and accompanying FCC Remittance Advice (FCC
Form 159) for this auction are due at Mellon Bank, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, by 6:00 p.m. ET on
Monday, September 13, 1999.  

Resubmission Filing Deadline:  The FCC Form 175 applications designated as "Incomplete" must
be corrected via the electronic filing system by no later than 5:30 p.m. ET on Tuesday, September
14, 1999.  This will be the only opportunity to cure FCC Form 175 defects; late resubmissions will
not be accepted.
